페스티벌 시월은 전국 최초 융복합 전시컨벤션 축제로 9~10월에 개최하는 부산 대표 축제·행사를 통합하여 새로운 경험과 비즈니스 네트워크를 쌓아갈 수 있는 기회를 마련한 도시 플랫폼이다. '페스티벌 2025'에서는 뮤직, 무비, 비즈니스, 레저 등 10개 테마별 축제, 행사, 포럼의 창작자, 기관, 기업들이 만나 서로의 영역을 교류하고 확장하는 특별한 경험의 장이 펼쳐진다.
